Laminated Veneer Lumber is a high-strength engineered wood product made from veneers bonded together under heat and pressure. It is the most common and economical choice for certain permanent structural members including joists, lintels, and rafters. LVL’s are generally covered with manufacturer stamps and aren’t made to a visual grade.
